6.2 Erroneous Odds or Results

jeer buzz reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to clearly incorrect odds or pricing errors. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.3 Match Fixing and Manipulation

Manipulating the outcome of any game, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public, is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Automated Betting Software

Using bots, automated scripts, or any other software to place bets is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in immediate account closure.

jeer buzz's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers various benefits including weekly cashback.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the total net loss for the week. For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

VIP tier changes are based on a user's activity — regular and active participation is required to move to a higher tier. jeer buzz reserves the right to change any user's VIP tier at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeer buzz platform:

• Operating an account fraudulently or using another person's identity.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits more than once.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug for personal gain without reporting it.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Attempting unauthorised access to jeer buzz's servers or systems.

Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation, forfeiture of deposited funds, and legal action if necessary.

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time. In such cases, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance in the account.

9.2 Suspension by jeer buzz

jeer buzz may immediately suspend or close any account for breach of terms, suspicious activity, or security-related reasons. Contact the support team to find out the reason for a suspension.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for an extended period, an account may be marked as inactive. In such cases, the support team can help reactivate the account.
